Discipleship Training Helps Equip Believers!

Each fall and spring our church offers a variety of discipleship classes to help believers in their walk with the Lord. A wide range of topics are offered in each session, such as Beth Moore studies, precept studies, classes on parenting, classes on finances, classes on marriage, etc. Watch for dates of discipleship sessions each fall and late winter/early spring.

Bible Study For All Ages

At First Baptist East, the primary way our church reaches people is through our Sunday School. It is through the teaching of the Bible, organized outreach, and great fellowship that we reach people!
We believe that Bible study, fellowship, outreach and ministry are vitally important for every person to experience and great emphasis is placed upon our Sunday School to help people of every age experience God’s best for them!

OUTREACH STRATEGY
Currently, we are using some of the G.R.O.W. visitation strategy. Each Tuesday in the fall and spring age-groups are assigned a particular night to come and make visits, phone calls, write cards, send texts, etc. Any team from any age group is welcome on any Tuesday night. In the past we have used the FAITH Evangelism Strategy to train dozens of people to be able to share the gospel with others.
